Virtual Consultation Terms and Conditions

What is a virtual interview?

Virtual interviews are those conducted remotely, sometimes over the phone, but often using technology such as video conferencing and other online communication platforms.

Our office conducts interviews via video call or voice via WhatsApp. We also use the Google Meet and ZOOM platforms, at the customer's discretion.

Tips for enjoying your virtual interview

A virtual legal consultation is not very different from those where you go to the law office to talk to your lawyer.

However, to take advantage of this moment of exchanging confidential information regarding your cause, we recommend that you:

  • Prepare your equipment (computer, notebook or cell phone), installing and checking the operation of the applications (Google Meet, Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp);

  • Don't forget to test your internet connection, and make sure your microphone and camera are working well.

  • Find a quiet place without distractions. Look for a room with good lighting (it helps to sit next to or near a window) so you can be seen clearly on your computer screen.

What will be analyzed in my virtual interview?

The first virtual interview with the specialist lawyer involves a detailed account of your case.

In this way, the lawyer will define and clarify the aspects of the legal framework of your case, the evidence that will be needed and the chances of success of your claim.

The interview may be extended beyond 30 minutes if necessary, and may be continued on another date, at the lawyer's discretion and at no additional cost.

Can I send documents for analysis?

Yes. If necessary, you can send audio, video files or other documents to the email wedgebastosepicinini@hotmail.com or as attachments to the applications used for the interview.
