You have the right to cancel your request to schedule a virtual consultation at any time, without having to provide a reason.
You have the right to reschedule your virtual consultation up to two days before the scheduled date. The new date will depend on the availability of time in the specialist lawyers' schedules.
What do I need to do to request a refund for the consultation fee?
To access your right to return, you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit statement.
